Tim has significant experience as a Programme and Project Manager delivering business and ICT projects across a wide range of industries. A truly customer-focused ICT professional, he combines technical know-how with an intuitive ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation, a drive to deliver through to completion, and an absolute focus on business results.

Tim has successfully led projects with $10m+ budgets and large and diverse teams; with a long-term background in software development and IT management, he is fluent across the full technology stack from infrastructure to coding. A natural Change Manager, Tim is skilled at building enthusiasm, buy-in and acceptance from staff and stakeholders, and at inspiring people through the disruptive process of change.
